ASMO Environmental Policy

Under the awareness that a corporate management taking account of environment leads the creation of new business style in the 21st century, ASMO group assembles all wisdom and effort to be a “leading runner” in the area of environment and to contribute to human happiness through the development, design and production of small motors considering environment, and also through the conservation of natural environment, aiming at realizing sustainable society and harmonious coexistence with society.

2.	In each process of product manufacturing, using in market and discarding, we develop, design and produce the products with taking account of environment from the comprehensive perspective.
3.	Not only strict preventive measures and compliance with law, regulations and requirements, but we approach continuously to solve the global and local environmental problems with well-conceived plan.

(2)Design and development for compatibility between environment and improved performance

		We try to develop products considering environment, such as a product using technology for prevention of global warming.
	２）	Environmental pre-assessment at design process
		Design review system is established and developed for environmental pre-assessment in design and development processes of all products.

		We comply with the law, regulations and other requirements, and promote resource and energy saving. ASMO group is planning to reduce the environmental load on a global basis.
